Shift of 2-5 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.

Shift of 2-10 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.

Shift of 2-5 workers in a workplace with moderate risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
