Changes in leadership at PIP Canada Ltd.

LAVAL, QC – SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 – PIP Canada Ltd. (“PIP®”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Sergi to the position of Vice President and General Manager, and the appointment of Fred VanKoughnett as Senior Director, Industrial Sales.

PIP Canada is pleased to announce two key leadership appointments that highlight our continued investment in both our most valuable asset, our people as well as our commitment to the Canadian market. 

Christopher Sergi has been named Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Christopher officially assumed his leadership role on August 5^th, 2024. He brings over 15 years of finance and operational leadership to the role and was most recently the VP of Finance & Administration for PIP Canada.

Having been part of Dynamic Safety Inc. prior to PIP's acquisition, Christopher brings a unique blend of experience. His deep familiarity with the business, combined with his proven leadership and operational excellence, will ensure that our Canadian operations continue to thrive. His focus will be on aligning our operations with the unique needs of the Canadian market, enhancing our ability to deliver tailored solutions to our customers.

In addition, Fred VanKoughnett has joined our team as Senior Director, Industrial Sales. Fred's expertise and leadership will play a vital role in further strengthening our sales operations and enhancing our ability to serve you with the highest level of excellence.

Fred officially joined our sales team on August 12th, 2024, and brings with him over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in sales and operations across multiple industries. His expertise and passion for fostering collaborative relationships will be instrumental in elevating our sales efforts, driving mutual growth with our clients, and improving our processes.
