Low hazard work:

2 - 49 workers in a workplace that is 20 minutes or more travel time from a medical facility.

50 - 99 workers in a workplace regardless of travel time from medical facility.

Medium hazard work:

2 - 9 workers in a workplace that is 20 minutes or more travel time from a medical facility.

10 - 49 workers in a workplace regardless of travel time from medical facility.

High hazard work:

2 - 4 workers in a workplace that is 20 minutes or more travel time from a medical facility.

5 - 9 workers in a workplace regardless of travel time from medical facility.

10 - 49 workers in a workplace that is 20 minutes or less travel time from a medical facility.
