Phase Change Cooling

Cold temperature is absorbed by the Phase Change material, changing it from a clear liquid to an opaque solid as itis activated. The cold temperature begins to be transferred to the wearer as the latent heat is absorbed by the Phase Change material. The material begins to turn back to a clear liquid as it deactivates, and can be reactivated as needed.
